Aardvark Janitorial Supplies uses Royal Mail and Parcelforce, We have chosen these couriers based on their reliability and cost-effective delivery solutions. This helps us to keep your order costs as low as possible.

There is FREE DELIVERY* on all orders over £25.00 excluding VAT to all UK mainland addresses and for most non-mainland UK addresses.

Orders up to £25.00 excluding VAT are only £4.50 P&P

Processing ' Dispatch

All orders received before 1 pm, Monday – Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders are sent using the most efficient, reliable and cost-effective service. Express deliveries usually take 1-3 business days delivery, though they can sometimes take longer. 

Delivery Destinations

Our free delivery or standard delivery charge is applicable to deliveries to mainland UK and is applicable to most orders going beyond the mainland. However, delivery to the Scottish Isles and Highlands, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland as well as the Channel Islands may be extra depending on the weight or size of your order. Please call us if you would like some further information. If our Customer Services team is not available or it is out of office hours, you are welcome to place your order if you live in one of the above destinations, and we will call you if there is any additional charge for delivery. We can usually deliver smaller items to these locations without any additional charge.

Out Of Stock

Occasionally we might be out of stock of an item. In this situation, we will try to contact you by phone or email and offer a revised delivery date, alternative product or the option of a full refund, if you would rather not wait to receive your item.
